MINDFULNESS IN SCHOOLS
COURSE FOR CLASSES, TEACHERS AND PARENTS
.b and .b Foundations courses represent one of the best ways of introducing mindfulness into schools. The .b course enables the teaching of mindfulness within the curriculum - timetabled lessons as part of a school wide wellbeing programme. Mindfulness can increase the resilience of young people to manage the stresses and challenges of school and home life. Basic skills are taught to manage attention and self control along with the application to dealing with stress, anxiety and sleep issues.
